I truly love my job.
It is a real privilege to find out what people really love, and discover the aspirations that they have.
From this I work with my clients and those around them to find individualised strategies to help them meet their goals in the most efficient and meaningful way possible.
Occupation considers all humans as multi faceted beings. This means that the OT role is hugely varied for each of our clients!
It brings me great joy to be able to use creativity and innovation to come up with truly bespoke solutions for my clients. For example, this could be finding creative ways to access trampolines, adapting art equipment to enable even the most ambitious craft project, or building unique fatigue management programmes for clients, their families and others who care for them.
But most importantly - my clients and their families are what drive me every day to keep finding new ways to make everyday life more accessible, enjoyable, and fulfilling.
Thank you for reading,
Charlotte
